Pharmacy Weight Loss Ingleton is a General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) based in Ingleton, UK. We provide clinically supervised weight loss consultations and prescription and non-prescription weight loss treatments to eligible patients.
Our services are available to individuals who are aged 18 or over and are resident in the United Kingdom. You must complete an honest and accurate medical questionnaire before any treatment is considered. We reserve the right to decline service to any individual who does not meet our clinical criteria or who provides false or misleading information.
Certain medical conditions, medications, or circumstances may make some treatments unsuitable for you. Our prescribing pharmacist will assess your eligibility on an individual basis.
All prescription treatments are issued solely at the clinical discretion of our GPhC-registered prescribing pharmacist following a thorough review of your medical questionnaire. The issue of a prescription is not guaranteed and may be declined if it is not considered safe or appropriate for you.
Prescriptions are valid only for the treatment, dose, and duration specified. You must not share, sell, or transfer any prescription medication issued to you. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your health, medications, or circumstances before placing a repeat order.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. The price confirmed at the time of your order will be honoured for that transaction.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our prescribing pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery timescales thereafter are subject to the courier service used. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect delivery addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.
You are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive your order at the specified delivery address. Medications will be packaged discreetly and in accordance with pharmaceutical storage guidelines.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been issued and your order has been dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medications for safety and regulatory reasons.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Refunds or replacements will be considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Non-prescription items may be returned unused and in original packaging within 14 days in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

We process your personal and health data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely to provide and improve our pharmacy services. We will never sell your data to third parties. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
